This company is top notch This company is top notch! The support team are ready and actually anxious to help with any issues. They also will check in the next day to make sure everything worked! I've learned so much from them! The signal copier it's self is working very smoothly, it reads the signals instantly and sends to the broker. Any discrepancies with a signal has always been due to my configuration settings and there's always plenty of instructions to comb through and figure out the problem, and if that fails, support is right there to help! This is my first copier and I am so glad this one is the one I chose! Finally something that actually works the way they say it will! Thank you TSC!!!

great software great software, but must keep improving

The copier is brilliant The copier is brilliant, the video instruction videos are great, but maybe 1 or 2 things could be clearer, but none the less, quick and easy to follow for the most part. Following on from that, I had a few teething issues (my fault) from the set up but the customer support has been fantastic! Very quick, all solutions are easy to follow. The only wish I had is if the provider says close TP1 it closes all trades unless you have ‘close’ in ‘ignore keyword’, only because every now and again the provider will say close all trades for that pair and I’ll have to manually close that as it ignores all close messages Had it a week or so now, bots already paid for itself!

Horrible customer support. Horrible customer support. I had misfortune of dealing with super slow and careless customer support. I had been following up for three days with them. Finally they responded and told me that they i dont need to wait and they will complete the settings and confirmed me settings are done. They opened some sample trades on my funded account without informing me and letting them run to just blow out the account. I tried to contact them for doing the settings correctly. They already did few times but cannot make it work. I have all the evidence so please be careful as copier doesnt work and many of advertisement is false.
