Good efficient copier Found the copier quite good and straight forward once all steps are followed. Support was second to none when needed, they were very quick in assisting and letting me know exactly what changes are needed in the settings and answered any questions I had to make sure it worked as I expected. Overall my experience was ( and still is) very good with the company.

It has started to work After I purchased the product I realised the error: I thought it’s another copier. Of course they refused the refund. I thought let’s give it a try. If a channel sends signals on more than 2 formats the copier will miss one of them. Only one extra format can be added in their configuration. Second of all there is no way knowing where the order is coming from because it doesn’t put channel names in the order comment. I asked again for a refund and they come up with all kind of ridiculous excuses to refuse the refund. Do not buy this product, stay away! UPDATE: It has started to work after support offered some troubleshooting sessions. Will keep testing and update as it goes!

Fast and versatile copier Hello I have been using the TSC copier for at least a year. The license is cheap when you consider the performance. The support responds very quickly and friendly. Installation and configuration is relatively easy. The description is very detailed and easy to understand, with many examples. The settings are very powerful. I use it not only for external signals, but also for my manual trading. One entry signal is enough and the copier creates several positions with SL and TP and then adjusts the SL when defined targets are reached. This is fire and forget. Since I also copy signals that are not in English, I had to contact support. I was helped quickly and successfully. I would buy it again.
