We Use Gate For Email We are a small company and don’t want to administer our own email server – it’s not our expertise. It is Gate’s expertise and we depend upon them for it. Email is our primary method of getting orders, so dependable email service is critical to us. The thing I like most is there is little to no wait when we need technical support. We have been a customer since before it was Gate and have been satisfied all these years and still are.

Support is where it's at! Gate is a great host. I've used them for years for website hosting and am currently doing a WordPress implementation with them. If you have an issue, you can live chat in minutes (which I've done many times recently.) There are lots of hosts, but being able to get tech support when it's needed is where it's at.

Gate.com scammed me too Gate.com scammed me too. Once you give them your credit card they charge you without any authorization for services you did not order. I was charged $92 for hosting plan i have never ordered. Then they tried to charge me $19 activation fee after i disputed their bogus charges. I tried to get their legal name and address so i can file a lawsuit against them - but they are hiding and not giving their information. Be ware of these scammers!!!

Easy hosting with exceptional support We are hosting two websites for nearly 20 years with gate.com and we are very satisfied with their exceptional overall service. During this period we needed only once serious support (namely a database dump from their backup for a database that we missed) and the support personnel of gate.com responded promptly and provided a satisfactory solution with the help of their Systems Team.
