Really slow support Really slow support. Previously, when they used Discord tickets, support was really fast, now when they switched to on-site tickets, support has been really rather slow. Other than that, the host is pretty good.

Horrible Hosting Horrible Hosting! Support is ridiculously slow, the "Executives" are extremely lazy and selfish (They don't care about you nor do they even want to support you!) Waited over 48 Hours in tickets and was ignored multiple times by all staff (Including the lazy selfish "Executives" *STAY AWAY!

AMAZING best host i have ever used AMAZING best host i have ever used. 100% recommend. Not only is it cheap but provides amazing hardware and performance. It has minimum downtime on all servers. And if anything does go wrong you can get SUPER FAST support through discord from other people im the community and just as fast responses from the super friendly staff!

Vefy quick (and great) support! Submitted a ticket for setting up a Minecraft server with two mods, it was quickly taken care of with no issues, and there was no need for extensive back and forth communication to get it done! Easily 10/10 service!
