Service is great, support is not! So far the service is great and their website is really cool and I have no issues with the service whatsoever. However, the support is pretty slow in replying I have been waiting a while for a response on my ticket I have tried requesting updates but no one has replied.

Terrible support + Fake reviews Terrible support. I've been having issues with my website for over 5 days. Tried to contact their support and they only replied once (After 4 days of waiting). Their reply wasn't even helpful. And at the time of writing this, I'm still waiting for them. I even tried to delete all of my files, and it still has "Number Of Processes" very high. In my opinion, 12-24 hours for support's reply would seem good enough. But waiting 4 days for a reply that wasn't even helpful..? No, thanks. Also, most of the reviews you would see here are posted for credits on their website. I have no idea how is this even allowed.

Vefy quick (and great) support! Submitted a ticket for setting up a Minecraft server with two mods, it was quickly taken care of with no issues, and there was no need for extensive back and forth communication to get it done! Easily 10/10 service!

They use high-quality products, from a great provider. There is a 1gbps connection on each node. It is very consistent. DDoS protection and more at a great price. Highly recommend.
