These guys always go above and beyond… These guys always go above and beyond for their customers. Earlier I was having trouble setting up a plugin for my server and the support agent literally set it up for me. Best server hosting experience I've ever had.

Service is great, support is not! So far the service is great and their website is really cool and I have no issues with the service whatsoever. However, the support is pretty slow in replying I have been waiting a while for a response on my ticket I have tried requesting updates but no one has replied.

Great Host, Great Uptime, Great Support I have had nothing but great experiences whilst hosting with versatilenode, stable, strong servers which can handle players without lag. On top of all of this their prices are amazing for the hardware they provide and I would not host anywhere but them in the future. Their support team is great and always answer quickly and in a professional manner.
