Their tools worked very well, and respectable IT support very satisfied by their software tools and their IT support. I think they are the best in market for processing your email archive files like PST or EML files. sometimes we have questions about some of their added features.. but their agent Kevin always responded in short time, and with step-by-step screenshots sometimes :)

Email in Detail Easy to Lean Use Many Formats to Choose From 4 Starts I found Email In Detail easy to lean and use. Worked well each time it was needed. Had many common formats I DO wish it was USB/portable, and hope one day it will become this. Never needed "support" until I migrated program to a new laptop. Then, they were very friendly and fast. I'd feel comfortable recommending this product but do hope (again) it will go USB/portable one day soon! Carle
