Great lightweight program for reading .eml and .msg files We were in need of a way for our customer service agents to have the ability to open .eml or .msg files easily. We installed Email in Detail on our Terminal Servers and the process was extremely fast and easy. We have now been using the program for over a month, and we have yet to have any complaints or issues from our CS agents.
