I came across the product a few years… I came across the product a few years ago when a friend and I were at West Edmonton Mall. She stopped for a sample and I'm the one somehow ended up making a purchase. It's inconvenient for me to go to the store, so I ordered online where there was a sale so perfect timing on my end. My one issue was since I live in Canda and you can only order through the American site, It's a hassle to get it across the border. Fedex is the shipper and they hold it until you sign off on it, and then you have to pay customs on it as well

Still waiting for my order to arrive I placed my order 8 days ago and received an email, from FF, 3 days ago that it shipped. According to the Fedex tracker, a label was created 3 days ago for my $411 order, but Fedex still hasn’t received the package from FF to deliver it

This company is a total scam This company is a total scam. Was walking through The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas and was accosted by this guy with high-pressure sell tactics. The guy first told me the under-eye collagen was $400. I laughed. He then said $200. I still laughed. He then said $100 and I actually gave him my credit card just to get him to go away. I then immediately called MasterCard and had the charge reversed. And of course I kept the garbage product. Don’t walk….RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Very good service and aftercare. After I received my Forever Flawless products, quickly after I putted the order, I received a personal WhatsApp message from one of their salesman with the question if I needed any support in how to use their products. I answered them late at night and got instant answer and full support. I felt well threatened, important and pleasant surprised by their kindly and fully by male documented after service. It shows they really care about their costumers.

Excellent service and product Service has always been excellent. Products almost always arrive on time and in excellent condition. One time when I had a problem, their staff was excellent in resolving it. The products I buy from them do a wonderful job in helping me maintain a very nice complexion. I'm constantly complimented.
