GBI’ve called customer service with… I’ve called customer service with complaints (and sent in a form through their website) because I have concerns my product was tampered with. I’ve ordered the Diamond infused eye serum for years now and this last order was so different - so oily, and didn’t have the good sting that comes with application that tells me it’s working. I’m not sure this version is effective at all.

GBStill waiting for my order to arrive I placed my order 8 days ago and received an email, from FF, 3 days ago that it shipped. According to the Fedex tracker, a label was created 3 days ago for my $411 order, but Fedex still hasn’t received the package from FF to deliver it

GBI love the way it feels I love the way it feels, absorbed directly all into the skin. It seems to help under the eye also but would like to see eye treatment I had sampled in Las Vegas last year.

GBI feel the product has changed over the… I feel the product has changed over the last few years - and not for the better. The scent and the creaminess is different. I remember the previous order having a richness these new products no longer have. It was a luxurious feeling applying the face creams. Now the experience is no different than drug store face cream. I was very disappointed.

GBMy only problem was the tracking at… My only problem was the tracking at Fedex. It said it had been delivered to phoenix at 7:17 AM Friday of which I thought it had been delivered. It was then changed to Tempe and the delivery was made Saturday. They waited a long time to give me the real delivery date.
