Be careful, the owner is a little dictator. MXroute seems like it has a very small team managing everything. Suspended our account,then reinstated it and then terminated our account, all under 24 hours. The owner is petulant. Accused us of lying when it was his on lack of understanding on what had happened in our case.

Worst Service Owner acts like dictator This guy is crazy and act like dictator. They just lock you out of you and your clients emaill without even notice. There is no direct customer support except email. They wont even respond to your request and just ghost you completely i can provide proper screeenshot of all conversation if anyone has doubt and even the emails which he falsely flag as spam which are not. Here is the detailed email which they sent its soo stupid if we have intention to spam why we use there service close to 2 years with multiple accounts isnt it stupid to they cant even seprate genuine customer from people who spam. Subject: Account Termination Your account has been terminated for sending unsolicited marketing email. As this is the second occurrence of intentional (meaning not a password compromise) spam being sent from your account in less than 1 year, and the last time we opened a ticket with you about it you accused us of "really poor support" we no longer wish to do business with you. Its pretty clever for you to manipulate what you just said in email why not share entire conversation history on why i told poor support why you not share chat or email history i clearly said this as there was no support and you just decided to use that after 6 months which is really petty for a person running a company. Also last time when they reported there concern i have immediately deleted whole domain to comply with there requirement and what they say in in reply is very false let them prove otherwise. He clearly says just because i accuse them of poor support which was 6 months prior they just take that incident use it to fuel banning my account.

Probably the best value of all my subscriptions MXRoute is probably the best value of any service that I pay for. I moved from Google Apps for Domains after they threatened to start charging so that I could reduce my reliance on Google. I picked MXRoute because I run email services for my family and also have multiple hobby project domains. Most services charge by the domain or even by the account, but MXRoute only limits by total storage used. You do need to be comfortable with basic email and DNS concepts. This is not a service trying to replace Yahoo Mail or something. But if you're thinking about FastMail, Migadu, etc., I looked into all of them and chose MXRoute. Perfect for family admins.

Pureplay email, no calendar or contact, works perfect I've been testing MXRoute for a few days. It is super solid with lots of help online. I got it working great on macOS (via Outlook and Thunderbird clients) and ios (mac Mail app). Zero problems! Super easy. Best part is that I am using a domain I'd never used with a mail service before and none of the emails sent from this account have landed in any spam folders. Nice. I cannot address any downtime having not used it long, but other commenters seem to show it's got great uptime stats (I've had some downtime with all the big players over the years). Setup could be a challenge for folks are not used to updating DNS records and doing this sort of configuration. But the tutorials there if you look.

CloudFlare user? You might want this! With mxroute you can safely run your webhosting without having to face DDoS attacks to your system because CloudFlare refuses to route mail traffic. Use MXroute for that part and your actual IP remains hidden. Have not had any support experience yet, because we never had to contact support.
