Cheap and reliable The service is cheap, and all my transactional emails reach their destination without any issues. I can't speak about the support because I've never needed it. Be careful, the owner is a little dictator. MXroute seems like it has a very small team managing everything. Suspended our account,then reinstated it and then terminated our account, all under 24 hours. The owner is petulant. Accused us of lying when it was his on lack of understanding on what had happened in our case.

CloudFlare user? You might want this! With mxroute you can safely run your webhosting without having to face DDoS attacks to your system because CloudFlare refuses to route mail traffic. Use MXroute for that part and your actual IP remains hidden. Have not had any support experience yet, because we never had to contact support.
