Good BUT with one major issue It's generally a good online gallery. It looks nice, loads fast and is easy to share. However, I cannot rate it with more than 2 stars because there is a big issue. Every time I reorder my photos, I have to reload the browser. If I do not reload the browser, the new order of the photos will not be saved and I have to do it again. This means, when I order a wedding with 700 photos, I have to reload the browser countless times. I have addressed this issue almost two years ago, and they have still not come up with a solution which is very disappointing.

With the Lightroom plugin, uploading photos has never been easier, and the project templates automatically set up my gallery settings exactly how I want them. Plus, the blog feature allows me to seamlessly embed posts onto my page, and I can also create slideshows for both social media and my clients. The best part? Pic-Time is always evolving and adding new features, including exciting AI. It's truly a game-changer!

Not worth it! Not worth it. I ordered a Magazine it came with 2 albums $101 for 5 staples pieces of basic paper. Real cheap. Tried to express my disappointment, but they said talk to the photographer. The company does not take accountability or try to come up with solutions to fix an “unsatisfied customer”. Hopefully this review helps prevent the next consumer from making a wasted purchase!

Very helpful for my business...and for myself. I love Pic time. For me is the best gallery at the moment, very easy to use for me and for my couples. I have been using i since 2018 and they keep pushing every year. Sales automations, slisdeshows, blogs, and now AI searchs... It helps me a lot to improve my customers experience and my workflow, making my life easier and making my focusing on the important things on life. I cant recommend a better gallery.
