Pic-Time is one of my favorite tools… Pic-Time is one of my favorite tools for years now. I easily deliver beautiful galleries ti my clients and they LOVE THEM! It’s super easy to use and they have a wonderful team of humans (yes, not automated bots) that help you of you have any questions or doubts.

Pic-Time is THE BEST Pic-Time is THE BEST. I switched to Pic-Time way back in 2018 after using a few other gallery providers in the past and I fell in love with it straight away. The visual design, the ease of use, the brilliant facebook support community, the actual support team, the list is endless. After a few years using it I became an ambassador and proudly shout from the rooftops any chance I get about how fantastic it is. They are CONSTANTLY innovating with massive additions in recent years such as 4k slideshows, blog builder, AI search categories and more to come in the future. I can't recommend them enough.

A long time, trusted partner for my photo business I've been using Pic-Time's software since 2016, and in that time, I've seen it continuously grow and change to be better for my business and my clients. Good BUT with one major issue It's generally a good online gallery. It looks nice, loads fast and is easy to share. However, I cannot rate it with more than 2 stars because there is a big issue. Every time I reorder my photos, I have to reload the browser. If I do not reload the browser, the new order of the photos will not be saved and I have to do it again. This means, when I order a wedding with 700 photos, I have to reload the browser countless times. I have addressed this issue almost two years ago, and they have still not come up with a solution which is very disappointing.

Photobiz and Shootproof have stellar customer service and lot of features. I only have been serviced with chat not sure if they even have a customer service number. I have a cheer school with over seven hundred images, and they cannot tell me why no watermark is showing. Estimated wait time forty -eight hours. Proceed with caution...
