Company is in CHINA.....Scam Company is in CHINA.....Scam There is no where on the website stating that this is an international transaction for a company in CHINA.....The US Address is nothing more than a storefront for multiple companies for an address. Shameful. No response to email. Only after the Trust pilot review did I receive a refund and now Trust Pilot is threatening to remove my review if I don’t send my full contact info to grounding well. Grounding well already has it. Wow. Scams all around.

not sure if its a scam as they are not upfront that they are from China This website says nothing about them being in China, has a USA address. They have not replied to my emails either. I wanted my order this cancelled once i got the tracking numbe coming from China. If they cant be upfront about where they are located I can't trust the product. EDIT: They got back to me and am happy I got a refund right away.

I've been hearing about the advantages… I've been hearing about the advantages of grounding for a while, so I bought a grounding mat to give it a try (I can't spend all my time outside going barefoot). I lay on the mat before going to bed to watch TV and use it when working at the computer. My sleep quality really improved, I thought. So much so that I returned and purchased the sheets as well! It is definitely worth a try if you are unsure:)

I ordered the Grounding Mat and it… I ordered the Grounding Mat and it arrived without the necessary plug, so was useless! Reading so many negative reviews on here concerning their Customer Service I was doubtful as to what response my emails would bring, so sent 2 emails and posted my concerns on their Face Book page. To their credit I had an email response and a private message the very next morning, confirming they were dispatching the necessary plug to me. Recieved dispatch notification 24hrs later... Credit where credits due...my experience with GroundingWell's customer service is spot on. Would have been an even better experience if the plug had been included in the first place!
