AUI’ve been ordering from Anese for years… I’ve been ordering from Anese for years without troubles, however recently I went to use my points towards my purchase and they were completely erased. Reached out to customer service several times and nobody responded so I decided to proceed with my order without using my reward points. I ordered April 10th and my order is still processing. I reached out again for a status update and no response. So disappointing as I’m a big fan of their products, but seems things have gone downhill and now nothing more than a scam and waste of time

GBWhat is going on with this company. Just unbelievable. Placed an order April 7th, credit card was charged April 8. At that time, website listed 3-5 business days processing time (it still does) before order ships. I received an order confirmation on April 7th, then literally nothing. No communication whatsoever. I had to reach out to them, which I did today, April 24th—SIXTEEN DAYS after they charged my card—, and spend an hour of my time dealing with this. There was no apology (until I called that out). Literally nothing has happened with my order so far, it hasn’t even been processed. The person I chatted to also claimed their processing time is 7-14 business days—again, the website said 3-5 business days at the time I ordered and it says the same today. I love their products, but will never order from them again. They are absolutely violating the FTC’s Merchandise Rule, if not Visa Rule 7.6 1.2 as well. Who knows if I’ll ever get my order.

GBThank you Meg! I had some trouble with an order and had started losing hope but Meg turned it right around and got me back on track. I have a tracking number now and will continue to be a customer of anese. Their products are quality and have worked well to clear my body acne. Thank you Meg, you made my day!
