Bait and Switch This VPN is horrible, and each update removes prior capabilities. My "lifetime" membership, purchased back in 2021 cannot connect to any servers now. Each site I click on, even in the US spams me for a "Pro" subscription. I paid for lifetime, life time of what, a common housefly? I literally cannot connect at all. Every time I try, I get redirected to a page to purchase a "Pro" sub. Really? I wonder if they are based in the US as we have laws against scams like this. And to FastestVPN, don't try to respond to my post suggesting I contact customer support, this is an intentionally slimy business practice. I've seen hundreds of posts all over the place of others who have had the same experience as me!!

They advertise unhindered speeds and… They advertise unhindered speeds and bandwidth, unfortunately this is a lie. After the vpn working for 1 to 2 weeks, my video streaming started to get throttled and browsing was slow and erratic. I would switch servers and after 1 to 2 weeks, it would get throttled again. This happened 3 times in a row. I opened a ticket to complain and ask for help. They closed my ticket and refused to help or explain. So it would appear they throttled after a certain amount of data is used. Buyer Beware!!

Service is good I've had to contact technical support a few times, and they have always been quick to resolve any issues. The software is just fine - does it's job and is user friendly, but there are a number of other connection options and they have a helpful website with alternate connection methods with friendly, efficient staff to help if needed. Speed is good - in some cases latency and DL speed is actually faster connected than without, due to ISP shaping. There was an accounting problem that took a little longer to resolve, but they eventually sorted that too - faith restored. Would recommend.

FastestVPN has performed reliably and… FastestVPN has performed reliably and with adequate performance for my needs. Some of the countries do not perform as well as others but I just don't use those locations. I am happy to use the locations where the performance is adequate, like in the US. I also appreciate not having to take on yet *another* monthly subscription. The lifetime license is greatly appreciated. I've had a few occasions to call on support and their response time was exceptional as was their ability to provide me with easy-to-understand instructions. The chat sessions proved more than adequate to get my questions answered. -whw

They have very bad connection speed and… They have very bad connection speed and many of the servers are not working anyway. I canceled my subscription during the renewal period. But they insist on not refunding my money. I would definitely not recommend you to get service from this company. The worst VPN service I've ever used.
