Only today did it stop working and after dealing with Frank from support, he solved the problem. Keep doing what you do guys; everything works well. Don't break a well-oiled machine!

Service is good I've had to contact technical support a few times, and they have always been quick to resolve any issues. The software is just fine - does it's job and is user friendly, but there are a number of other connection options and they have a helpful website with alternate connection methods with friendly, efficient staff to help if needed. Speed is good - in some cases latency and DL speed is actually faster connected than without, due to ISP shaping. There was an accounting problem that took a little longer to resolve, but they eventually sorted that too - faith restored. Would recommend.
