Very Pleased with Templatic I received good support from Templatic. Their dedicated staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The theme and plugin do function as described and the guides are so easy to follow. My query was attended unto swiftly. I am happy with the whole process.

Exceptional customer support-better than most. I am very impressed with the support and help given me from Templatic. Companies with products costing thousands of dollars (or more) don't provide the level of support that I've seen from Templatic. Even before I purchased my theme template from them, they responded to multiple emails and even spoke with me to thoroughly answer EVERY question I've asked and provided me with recommendations to help me achieve my objectives, even recommending other products. Never once did I feel pressured to purchase anything from them, but now I'll be their customer for life. I wish other companies were more like them with their customer support.

We are using the Templatic Tevolution theme… We are using the Templatic Tevolution Theme for our business directory. We have had a lot of hicups in the beginning but the support team especially Bikram has always managed to get any issue solved. We just love the product and all its customization options. Excellent customer service Excellent customer service. I purchased the Club Theme. Unfortunately I needed a refund due to what I needed the theme to do however the themes are very well built. They gave me a refund immediately. I am looking at some of the updates coming with the themes and it's excellent value for money!

Templatic is definitely one of the best… Templatic is definitely one of the best theme/web services I have ever encountered. Not only are their themes nice and professional looking, but their customer service is excellent. I have never had any problems with receiving quality and fast help. Will definitely be recommending them to many people.
