they dont do what they promise If you want a basic easy logo from a stock website, these are your guys, cheap and fast but watch out, they only try to sell you more and more, like a website, social media etc. They promise to give your money back if you're not happy but then when you're not happy and want to end the relationship, they ignore you. They don't really know what a logo is because they things they send me were not usable as a logo and very basic and standard. it didnt seem like they have any interest in your business.

Slow and poor service I hired them specifically asking for them to design a logo and a business card. The logo, which multiple revisions were not requested on, took just shy of 4 weeks for them to complete. Then they send me an image with the mock up of the card, letter head, and envelope. I asked for the printable image file for the business card and the response was “we’ve sent you everything. The order is complete from our side, don’t contact us again unless it’s regarding new business”
