The Good Reviews Must Be Paid For They must be paying y’all to write reviews because they are horrible and can’t get the job done and won’t give me my money back. I have simple and clear instructions on what I want and they want to say they don’t understand. So if you don’t understand or can’t get the job done then what’s so hard about issuing a refund? They are unprofessional and seems so unlegit.

This resulted in daily, multiple phone calls, even though I made it clear I was not going to use their service. The last guy I talked to on the phone was very confrontational and rude, he could not understand that I was not interested. Even though I made it clear I felt harassed, he still expected me to consider their service! Thugs!

Amazing company to work with Have been great to us for almost 5 years now. Our rankings are excellent and when we ask to focus on particular keywords for a period of time we can see those words go back to top 3 spots quite quickly. They really listen to what the customer wants and provides a great service. Have shown great knowledge in regards to SEO best practices as well as overall.

Slow and poor service I hired them specifically asking for them to design a logo and a business card. The logo, which multiple revisions were not requested on, took just shy of 4 weeks for them to complete. Then they send me an image with the mock up of the card, letter head, and envelope. I asked for the printable image file for the business card and the response was “we’ve sent you everything. The order is complete from our side, don’t contact us again unless it’s regarding new business”
