Amazing Customer Service ! The SmileGuide was amazing! She was so professional and very personable. Though the SmileGuide was working alone, she made sure to let myself and other customers know of the unexpected extended wait times that we may experience (which wasn’t very long). She had such a welcoming personality and it made me feel happy to be there. I was comfortable with her and would definitely recommend this SmileShop to anyone just based off the great customer service!
