CHServer Downtime for 72hours I bought a 200€ dedicated russian server. Setup takes 7 days, "because no RAM in the datacenter". One month later my server was offline for 72hours, "because there is nobody on the datacenter on weekends, because of corona". That is what webcare360 official told me. To compensate my fincanial lost, I bought another server by another provider, because webcare360 did not response to my ticket for 30 hours at least. After the server came back on monday, I start immediately cancelation of the server, because I cant wait and I already had bought a new one. My credit I loaded before on my account balance, can not refunded. I lost around 400€ of my money. Server cancelation request is open since 8 days now.

MXevery little step is very bugged every little step is very bugged the support answers fast but I'd rather have the thing that work straight out of the box rather than having to deal with support... Incredibly buggy

ITShared hosting manual activation slow/ticket unreplied They promise manual activation of a shared hosting within 3 to 6 hours. After 12 hours I ordered and paid, activation still pending as well as my ticket. Not the best way to welcome a new customer who is evaluating the host for possible future upgrades.

GBAnother awful company Another awful company. Took 2 days to activate my service then suspended me after a couple hours & also contacted my domain name provider to suspend my domain names. I was just using the space practice as I am learning web design. These people have issues.
