every little step is very bugged every little step is very bugged the support answers fast but I'd rather have the thing that work straight out of the box rather than having to deal with support... Incredibly buggy

Unsophisticated technical support The technical support are so naive and non-techinical that they just don't try understand the issue and respond anything without solution. They have lot many issue VPS servers and DNS system. I will not recommend them for any services.
