CAVery Disappointing Live chat guy cut off the chat when I challenged him too much about honouring their guarantee. They did not deliver in the time stated which goes against the guarantee, but would not admit it. I tried calling the support numbers but they don't work. My bad for not checking more thoroughly before using them. BE SMART! DON'T USE GSMLIBERTY!

GBIncompetent customer service. AVOID!!!! The poorest company I have ever dealt with. They list phones they can't actually unlock, take your money, then refuse to respond to any emails asking for help or refunds. I'm sure they can get the job done sometimes, as long as "getting the job done" does not require any interaction. I wish I'd read the many shocking reviews these charlatans have, but I didn't check and appear to have paid the price. The really sickening thing is that most of these positive reviews on here are clearly written by employees of GSMliberty and should be removed

CANOT WHAT THEY SAY IT IS Delays and "server" issues blamed for terrible service and slow slow service. They say 24 hour support & ordering - but they only work Monday-Friday 9-5. Nothing can be done outside these hours...and it appears nothing gets done inside these hours too. I ordered days ago, and my code hasn't arrived. I'm trying to cancel, or get refund but who knows. Not impressed.

CAVery Professional Tried using some other unlock site before for few of my phones (S, S2...). But they cannot unlock my new Bell S4. I try gsmliberty, a bit $$$ (gsmliberty charge $31, when others is about $10-20 for unlock code only), i placed order at 5pm and received full list of code (network,provider, subprovider, defreeze) at 8am next morning. Will use them unlock my other 3 set of S4 too.
