Microsoft Office Not Supplied I ordered the Office 2021 Pro from Thesoftwarehub on Friday 8 March, but the confirmation email promised straight away never arrived. I sent a message immediately to the seller via their website but never received a response. The site says messages are normally responded to within minutes. The £8.99 was taken from my account, but still no software. I have sent another message to the seller today via their website but again no response from the seller! I would please like a full refund.

I have purchased the office package I have purchased the office package . Cannot believe this would work out so well. The price is so much below the known retail prices. But as the site was recommended by a friend - I took the chance . And happy I did. Easy to install. Had a question - customer services responded quickly. Will be recommending to others.

Great responsiveness to iron out issues There are some very mixed reviews which made me a little nervous, I did have some issues with the download link but found the team to be very responsive (their is a time zone difference so the first contact was a little delayed). They kept suggesting various options and eventually I was up and rolling for the bargain price of £8.99.

I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus… I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus online. No email link was sent to my account with a link as promised; the online chat service refused to work and (a day later) still no contact from them. I'll register this as a complaint with my account holder because The Software Hub is either a complete fraud or they're 'going Boeing'. Don't touch these people with someone else's bargepole...
