Believe in the process. I am in the latter stages of the Lin Health program. I must say that when I started I was in a great deal of pain! What I truly like about this program is how my coach and the program carefully and slowly taught me about myself, gave me courage to continue, and gave me tools in which to do it. Was I skeptical at first? You bet. But I now believe in the process. If anyone reading this review is considering this Lin Health program, I suggest you give it an opportunity to help you.

My instructor has a great way of coming… My instructor has a great way of coming across. Many of the videos you use are great although many also irritate me! Every personality is different and I’m sure not everyone feels that way! The different ways you show people can get the same results is wonderful! Like different movements! Not all would fit certain personalities and injuries! My instructor didn’t preach but had genuine conversations of both our past and present Experiences.

I am living a full life My experience so far with Lin Health has been fantastic. My Coach, Lauren, has been great. Her information and suggestions are really helpful and a big reason why I am doing so well. The kits are also very informative. I have been dealing with pain for over 30 years, and now I am pain free, and I’m working on living my life freely. I cannot say enough about how truly lifesaving this therapy has been for me both physically and emotionally.

I really like my coach I really like my coach, Stef, and we’ve had some really great sessions. Lin health is super convenient for me with it being online and having various time options. Lin health make consultations accessible even despite my hectic schedule. I’ve had minimal issues with the app itself aside from some disconnections here and there.
