GBFinally some relief! I joined Winona because I didn’t want to wait another year to get an appointment with my local doctor, who may not support HRT anyway. I’d done the research and was ready to try HRT now. Winona’s system allows me access to a doctor and medicine that has brought relief to my perimenopause symptoms. I wish I’d taken the step sooner! I’ve been battling peri symptoms for the last 7 years and am feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time!

GBNothing short of a miracle. For total disclosure, I've only been on the estrogen/DHEA combo from Winona since April 11, 2024. So, a little over 2 weeks in and my daily life has already monumentally improved. Extremely hot natured my entire life, being from Montana and now living in Florida, my hot flashes (for the past 5 years) have been absolutely awful. Countless times per day and lasting a minimum of 10 minutes each, I have been miserable. The thought of another summer was wearing me down and leaving me without much hope. There are reasons I suffered in silence for so long. Those reasons are probably much the same as the reasons countless others choose to suffer instead of taking action, fear. There came a point where I was desperate for any relief and decided to do my own research on HRT. As soon as I completed my research, I was in a rush to get started. After researching numerous sites, I chose Winona. The experience has been nothing short of miraculous for me. First and foremost, it doesn't get any easier than ordering from this company. I signed up, answered their questions, followed their instructions and my meds were mailed in 2 days. I received them in 4 days. Within 2 weeks, I watched my hot flashes morph and change until one day I barely noticed them. The proof for me was the lack of night sweats and the fact that for the past week, every time I wake, I have been able to fall right back to sleep without waiting for the inevitable internal volcano to wear itself out. They're almost nonexistent now, maybe 2 a day, no sweating and they last seconds. What a difference! I've also noticed a little more clarity and energy. My mind has quieted and with that, I'm able to focus, make plans AND follow through on those plans. While reading the reviews before I signed on to Winona, I noticed a lot of ladies saying it takes about 90 days to get full results. I'm not there yet so I cannot speak to that. The truth is, if this is all there is and I don't see another result, I feel incredible gratitude and happiness that these hot flashes are no longer controlling my life. For me, it's nothing short of a miracle. The only regret I have is waiting 5 years to ask for help.

GBGive Winona a try you won’t regret it! After some research I decided to choose Winona. Im so glad I did. The evaluation process was so easy. I received my prescriptions very quickly. Started using them and started seeing changes with in the first 5 days. My energy is getting better and better everyday! My husband is loving the libido coming back as am I.
