CAHomerun! The best overhead archetype program I've encountered to date. The sequencing and detail to all the archetypes of movement as so elequently put, is really one of a kind. Excellent, intuitive use of a phone app. Great things will come out of this I'm sure!

GBGreat programing, app and execution could use some work I don’t like it that the intro videos are always there in every category. I don’t need to watch them over and over. The demonstrators seem competent and comfortable but the videos lack polish. In fact in some of the demonstration there were errors or bloopers. Really, couldn’t rerecord? And sometimes wearing loose or baggy clothing actually covers the area being treated and eliminates the visual aspect of the instruction. The biggest complaint is that I can’t use it in landscape mode on my iPad. It makes it very difficult to really see what they are doing in a way that makes clean and portable.

GBVirtual Mobility Coach I've only had access to the Virtual Mobility Coach app for a couple weeks now, but I am really impressed by the various MOBs and the ability to target specific areas of the body to work on. Just having the app has increased the amount of mobility work I do on a daily basis.

CAReally good videos with full… Really good videos with full explanations making it easier to understand how best to do the specific stretch or rolling activity. Would be better if there was something on Groin Area Pain, which I could not find easily.
