GBI purchased a Spa approximately 6… I purchased a Spa approximately 6 months ago from this company. And it was the biggest mistake. I made 12 inch line is too short. Therefore, you need to splice it and add a $2 piece offline. And they refuse to take responsibility for a faulty product, They work under several names. Go to a reputable dealer. It's worth it just for the aggravation alone

GBHow customer service should be My spa was delivered with the wrong cover however Daniel Nunley was very helpful and provided excellent service. A new correct cover is on the way and he renewed my faith in the workforce of today.
