Horrible customer service!! Horrible customer service!!! It took me HOURS to get an address to send it back. I'm well within the "90 day full refund guarantee", but the company only wanted to refund 60%! NO!!! That's not what your guarantee states. DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY. All they want is your money, and don't live up to their promises. I'm still fighting for the full refund... SHAME ON YOU Nooro!!

Less tingling, Better balance I have been using the footpad for about a week. The tingling in the soles of my feet has begun reducing. Also, I was surprised when working out that my balance seems to have improved. Maybe the nerves in my feet are working better. I plan to continue using the Nooro and hope to experience continued improvement.

Glad I gave Nooro a try I have been using Nooro daily for about 2 weeks and it is helping with my mild peripheral neuropathy. I use it twice a day for about 15 minutes each time. Having tried it both with and without the electrically conductive gel, it is clear that the gel gives it a much stronger effect. Also, I find the experience relaxing, almost meditative, and oddly appealing.

Worked while it worked The device worked wonderfully, relieving pain & tingling of diabetic neuropathy in my feet, and helping restore circulation. But a month after receiving it, it stopped working. It’s properly charged and turns on, but doesn’t work & shuts off after a minute or so. Very disappointed.
