Great response I never received my first order, but customer service promptly replaced it, and I received it without any issues. I had a little trouble initially getting it to operate, but that issue resolved itself and it has been working properly. I can definitely feel the pulsating in my feet when I use it and I am feeling some relief.

The foot massager is very effective on… The foot massager is very effective on relieving the pain of neuropathy. The first two units I received were defective but the third one appears to be working properly. I tried to schedule a 15 minute orientation session on line but for some reason it was cancelled and I have been unable to connect and reschedule with someone named David Guardino, but I get no call backs, email responses or follow up emails (as promised) with a link to reschedule. Otherwise the customer service has been ok.
