GBJust bad:( Honestly everything ;) The manual was bad, there were lots of details missing. I installed device before a I got a chance to work with coach, and when we reached each other the device was almost done in terms of battery. There was no warning that battery will last only 2 days. The same goes, if I will not scan readings it will be lost. Awful experience. We even talked with coach about trying this path one more time but nobody reached me out again. Sooo bad

GBLearn About YOU I joined CGM monitoring with Aspect as I was looking to understand how my food choices impacted my body and what I have learned using the tools provided is much more than that. I have learned how movement, sleep and stress directly impact glucose levels in my system and working with my Aspect Coach I have been able to get tools to manage such impacts. I have also learned what I came to learn and now I have been able to draft a routine with food choices that allows my body to maintain stable levels of glucose having the effect of me feeling more energetic throughout the day and having more restful sleep at night, changing from a vicious to a virtuous cycle. I am still not done, so much to learn, I love how easy it is in the app to see my good days and try to replicate them. Also, with the follow up and great insights of my coach I will be able to expand my knowledge and change my behaviors to build sustainable habits for life.

GBI've had an aveage experience with… I've had an aveage experience with AspectApp. It's nothng excepional, but nor is it bad or dissatisfying. The process was pretty ordinay, and the customer service was oaky. I can't really nitpick; the transactions were swift and there weren't any real complications. Everthing went as expected; no surpsises and no disapointments. It's a good source to keep in mind if you ned a relaiable, run of the mill product.

GBThe app on Android is almost unusable The app on Android is almost unusable. When you type messages to the health professional, after a message or two, the key presses vs what's being entered skew and so you can't see what you're typing in real time...there's a big delay. Also, when typing and entering messages the last word will get cut off. There's no easy way to just enter your food as the app wants a pic. Would be great if it either embedded a macros field for you to enter with barcode scanner like other macro tracking apps or was able to call that from a different app via API. There's no way to sync directly with the CGM from Android so you have to go thru Freestyle Libre (for example). This creates an inconvenient delta in the info that shows in the Aspect app. The reading is about six to eight hours behind. It's a great idea for a product and would be so much less disappointing if it actually worked in a way that was useful. I gave feedback to Elad (CTO) in January but it doesn't look like anything's really changed since then. Needs more development and a seamless user experience.

GBreal time data… It is amazing to see the real time data that the cgm provides. I had been reading about keeping my glucose level low and applied the tips and tricks, but one does not really know until they see the data. With the help of the health coach we are moving a good direction! Their insight and information is so important in the journey to wellness.
