GBThese ladies (and gents?) KNOW THEIR… These ladies (and gents?) KNOW THEIR STUFF! Been using them for years. I no longer have to hesitate if I want to buy or sell anything. I have tried other authentication services, but find I get the most consistent results with Real Authentication, and if there are issues, they are quick to explain. Sometimes it would be nice to get more details, but its okay, none of the other services go into to much details either. I guess its what they do

QAThis company is a complete joke This company is a complete joke. I've authenticated a lot of items with them in the past and it was fine. This time around. I've had zero contact from for 2 days regarding 2 Hermes bags. I've messaged their chat several times and have been ignored. They have zero communication with customers for a service we entrust extremely high value items to. It's so offensive and extremely disrespectful to pass your 24 hour deadline to authenticate an item, ignore client questions for days on end. Terrible service. I'm still waiting for my authentication or refund!

GBAuthenticate for insurance … I sent in over 25 bags and purposely included counterfeit. They found it and provided fast accurate information along with fair market values so I could get them all insured! What an amazing service! Fast professional and they know their stuff! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend anyone who Has a collection to authenticate each and every bag and then secure insurance!

GBI have been searching what the customer service phone number or email I have been searching what the customer service phone number or an emai of real authentication but can’t find no where on their website. It is so frustrating when you want to get an answer from them soon. I just got the result of the chanel double flap caviar that was authenticated from them but I have questions to ask about their evaluation. I am hoping that someone can provide me their customer service phone number or email
