GBThese ladies (and gents?) KNOW THEIR… These ladies (and gents?) KNOW THEIR STUFF! Been using them for years. I no longer have to hesitate if I want to buy or sell anything. I have tried other authentication services, but find I get the most consistent results with Real Authentication, and if there are issues, they are quick to explain. Sometimes it would be nice to get more details, but its okay, none of the other services go into to much details either. I guess its what they do

GBUsually get my results quicker than 24… Usually get my results quicker than 24 hours so that is not an issue for me at all. Then again, I am not trying to put 15 random pics together to certify a fake Chanel either. Just saying. Some people on here sound ridiculous. Try RA for yourself and be the judge. – Signed loyal client for 4+ years.

QAThis company is a complete joke This company is a complete joke. I've authenticated a lot of items with them in the past and it was fine. This time around. I've had zero contact from for 2 days regarding 2 Hermes bags. I've messaged their chat several times and have been ignored. They have zero communication with customers for a service we entrust extremely high value items to. It's so offensive and extremely disrespectful to pass your 24 hour deadline to authenticate an item, ignore client questions for days on end. Terrible service. I'm still waiting for my authentication or refund!

GBRealauthentication outperforms them all! Realauthentication really impressed me with their speed, communication, customer support, and help! As a full time reseller I get in bags that need professional evaluation and documentation. Its hard finding a trustworthy service that delivers rapid results. I loved their app. It’s user friendly and thorough! I will definitely be using their services often!

GBAccurate Assessment I had two (2) watch authentication services from Real Authentication. 1. A used Cartier watch I purchased locally which was determined "authentic". I sold this watch thru eBay and was determined "authentic" by another authenticator. 2. I purchased a used Cartier Ballon Bleu from Gr****ee, and was determined "counterfeit". Prior Real Authentication, Cartier store in South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, California, told me the bracelet is aftermarket. (Cartier did not open the watch) Based on my experiences, I think Real Authentication provided a very accurate service.
