GBAccurate Assessment I had two (2) watch authentication services from Real Authentication. 1. A used Cartier watch I purchased locally which was determined "authentic". I sold this watch thru eBay and was determined "authentic" by another authenticator. 2. I purchased a used Cartier Ballon Bleu from Gr****ee, and was determined "counterfeit". Prior Real Authentication, Cartier store in South Coast Plaza, Costa Mesa, California, told me the bracelet is aftermarket. (Cartier did not open the watch) Based on my experiences, I think Real Authentication provided a very accurate service.

QAThis company is a complete joke This company is a complete joke. I've authenticated a lot of items with them in the past and it was fine. This time around. I've had zero contact from for 2 days regarding 2 Hermes bags. I've messaged their chat several times and have been ignored. They have zero communication with customers for a service we entrust extremely high value items to. It's so offensive and extremely disrespectful to pass your 24 hour deadline to authenticate an item, ignore client questions for days on end. Terrible service. I'm still waiting for my authentication or refund!

GBTerrible company Terrible company! I bought an item that was authenticated by this company. When I tried to sell it on a platform, the sale was canceled because the item is marked as counterfeit. The funniest part is that it was Real Authentication that marked it as not counterfeit! So even they do not trust their own decision. Terrible company, do not recommend.

THNo order progress, no response to my chat messages I ordered an authentication with Guaranteed 24 hour turnaround time. A few hours after I made the order they requested additional images. The additional images they asked for were however already provided when I first made the order. I made them aware of it but they still reset their «timer» so the 24 hour turnaround time is counted from the time when I re-uploaded the images. I made them aware of it but just got a reference to their policy. I understand that the timer is reset if images are missing. But I had already uploaded everything they asked for. It means that their 24 hour guarantee is worth nothing. They can omit it by asking for anything you have already sent them. On top of that there is no progress at all on my order now and they don’t reply to my polite requests for a status update. I will avoid using them again. 1 day later: They sent me a chat that my order was cancelled due to missing images! But they asked for a photo of something that does not exist on the item in question. They probably lack competence on this item, but then why not just give me the real reason? Or at least have a chat with me regarding where I should find the part they want a photo of and which does not exist?

GBReliable and fast service I have been using the Real Authentications for a while now, it help a lot. Reliable and fast service
