Scam site Scam site. They change my status to "redemption" and ask for money to unlock it rven I registered every 30 days as required. Avoid this. Reply update: Reply is lie too. I DID registered every 30 day and still they lock my account and asked for money. I found many people with same experience with no-ip so this didn't happened by mistake. Very disappointing malicious behaviour.

I don't have any problem I'm using a free NO-IP domain with my server at home. I had no problem of my account being disabled or anything like that. Yes, you need to "confirm" your hostname every 30 days, but that's okay IMO.

No-IP products and support are GREAT! No-IP products and support are robust, reliable, economical, and support articles are linked to the product configuration page, so you have no wasted time searching a KnowledgeBase to get answers to your questions. The answers are right there where you need them. Support incidents are responded to quickly, and you usually get the correct answer on the initial response. No-IP is hard to beat in any category. I highly recommend them.

This company is a scam. This company is a scam. Last year they charged 30 dollars. This year, without any warning or email, they tried to go to the bank and charge 74 USD. Fortunately, I used a virtual card that has been deactivated for a long time and they couldn't get the money out.
