Scam company It’s been weeks waiting for my item to “dispatch”. After so many emails back and forth where they kept saying they need to follow-up with their dispatch team, I advised them, via email, to cancel the order. All of a sudden they said the order was with the shipping carrier and couldn’t be cancelled, yet they couldn’t provide a tracking number. Absolutely scam.

Saying no tracking number because they used a carrier that ships with no tax so never had any tracking information. After more than 30days, I was given a print screen that it has been delivered but the address it has been delivered to was completely different from the address I used for my order. No response on either a replacement or refund query.

Product is good and easy to assemble The product itself is good. Helped my mother set it up last night and it was quite straight forward. She is super excited. Giving three stars as the website stated that dispatch would be done in three working days (it was 10 instead), due to "unexpected high traffic", which is understandable but a bit misleading. They have since changed it I believe. But also the website stated delivery would be DHL and instead was UPS. A bit knit-picky, but I initially thought that it was a scam due to the delay. But anyway! just my two cents. My mother is happy so that is the most important thing. Onward ice baths!

Hydrofic- THE WORST SERVICE I think this may be a bogus website. I ordered an ice bath over 2 weeks ago. Everytime I email the hydrofic support email, Sarah emails back with a link and tracking number to track my purchased product. When I click on the link, it goes to an unsecure Chinese website. I’ve emailed several times to enquire about the ETA of my product but there is no answer forthcoming. The service is incredibly bad. I’ve even enquired on Instagram but no one responds. Please tell me where my product is and when will I receive it????????
