The installer showed up on time The installer showed up on time, made quick work of the installation, and gave me a demonstration. It could not have been easier. And the debris cover works really well and cost way less than we had budgeted for a pool cover.

Oscar was our installer, another true professional, helpful and patient, showing us how to properly remove and then place the netting back after pool use. In fact, everyone we dealt with has been great at Katchakid. Best of all, we now have this great safety feature for our kids and our home. I highly recommend!

Love our KatchaKid safety net Love our KatchaKid safety net! We wanted to ensure pool safety but with a minimized aesthetic and this net our needs. Julie answered all my questions upfront and was very patient with me. Vivian was efficient with scheduling. And Colton our installer was amazing. Worked with attention to detail and was very thorough in training us on how to remove and reinstall the net. There was an issue with a loose coping during initial install and he was very gracious in coming back after we got in taken care of with our pool company. Really great team to work with!
