GBIt's so natural to use People tend to post reviews when they're unhappy. I just did, for another company. Then I got to thinking I should review a product that has been great for me. The first that came to mind is Todoist. I have used it for a couple years as a paying customer for my work and it has been excellent. I just switched to it for personal use as well (after clunky Apple Reminders wiped the dates on all of my reminders). My favorite feature is the ability to simply describe a date or recurrence pattern like "Swim Class Next Saturday" or "Tax Return Every First Monday April" (that one is really slick). Todoist is a big time-saver compared to other reminder/task apps that I've tried and it's so natural to use. Nice-looking too.

GBno offense but i don't like it because… no offense but i don't like it because there's nothing to do on there you can't even search people up you can't even chat with people

GBGreat software, awful support Todoist is a great tool. Nicely designed and really useful. But frequently I encounter bugs and problems and when I do, the tech support is AWFUL. They take ages to reply to tickets, give incomplete and confusing answers when pressed for updates, always complain that they have a huge backlog and things are taking longer than usual, but it's been that way for a year at least. Beyond a certain point, it's not "longer than usual", it's "just as long as usual". Honestly the only reason I haven't bailed on them to try out TickTick is because I'm so entrenched in this software with a complicated set-up. But every mishandled support case gets me closer to that point.

GRI use it every day Todoist helped me to structure my daily routine. I add big and small, work and personal tasks - and finally, I don't have a chance to forget something) It has flat design and useful badges I use for different work and personal projects. It would be cool to have the statistics of tasks, based on tags. For me to understand how many routine tasks I completed VS important (for example). The free version is enough, but I love the app so much, so decided to buy the subscription. Thanks guys!

GBI used to be incredibly unorganised I used to be incredibly unorganised, writing meaningless words on scraps of paper, or using various notes apps, and a friend recommended Todoist... and now it's used by everyone at Healthy Stuff! This simple app is on my phone, computer and tablet and is used for those little jobs you'd forget (like to send an email tomorrow) to the big, reoccurring projects that whole teams work on. The best bit is that it's so automated in its thinking. If I type 'Every Friday', or 'by Wednesday' or 'in a week', it'll pick that up and create a reminder for that day. I now use it for every work project I have, and also now use it for my personal life, to pay bills, remember birthdays and even water certain plants! 🌿 Thanks, Todoist team for creating an easy-to-use app that's fully accessible everywhere!
