GBIt Just Works Todoist does everything that I want it to do, and nothing that I don't. Sometimes there are a few hiccups, but they're usually nothing too annoying. I especially like how you can choose not to pay, and almost nothing gets in your way. You can use most of the features you would need for free.

GBIt's so natural to use People tend to post reviews when they're unhappy. I just did, for another company. Then I got to thinking I should review a product that has been great for me. The first that came to mind is Todoist. I have used it for a couple years as a paying customer for my work and it has been excellent. I just switched to it for personal use as well (after clunky Apple Reminders wiped the dates on all of my reminders). My favorite feature is the ability to simply describe a date or recurrence pattern like "Swim Class Next Saturday" or "Tax Return Every First Monday April" (that one is really slick). Todoist is a big time-saver compared to other reminder/task apps that I've tried and it's so natural to use. Nice-looking too.

UAOldest and greatest to-do list app Oldest and greatest to-do list app. There is a huge amount of integrations with other services (Google Drive, Rescuetime, Redmine ... ). New features for the kanban style make Todosit even better.

MXAwful customer service or tech support Awful customer service or tech support. It takes forever for them to respond.

GB"There seems to be a problem connecting… "There seems to be a problem connecting to Track habit" One of the many advertised features of todoist that has been broken for ages. It is false advertising. The company provides no transparency to their roadmap or most voted features. They will lose in the long run.
