Scam software - AVOID From a software perspective, the product is terrible. Please don't waste your time uploading videos and trialling the software. From a customer service point of view, it is even worse. Signed up for a trial, and cancelled the trial after realising the software is terrible - but they proceeded to charge me for 6 months straight unknowingly. Once I found out, they refused to provide a refund. Avoid at all costs.

The product is really bad The product is really bad, there are no easy instructions. It freezes. The idea is great but the product is bad. I am suspicious about the 5 star reviews as the experience I have had is that is does not work.
