BR10+ hours of downtime and no ETA… 10+ hours of downtime and no ETA available is UNACCEPTABLE, just stay away, it's way too expensive for the crappy service they provide. I had monetary loss due to lack of delivery of emails in my company.

GBSo far, so very good! Just signed-up with them as I'm moving away from other providers that are absolutely horrific. Several things I like about them are: 1) Pricing very reasonable and starts at $10/month. Nearly impossible to find this anywhere else. 2) Their UI is lovely, and easy to use/follow. 3) Account activation took just a few hours 4) They provide an official PHP wrapper for their API to help you get started quickly. 5) They provide an official WordPress plugin. I'll update the review if things change, but for now, I'm really liking it!

CZUnbelievable spam conditions, high price They offer good support, but the conditions regarding the percentage of allowed spam are too strict. As you probably know, Google currently limits the percentage of spam to 3 letters per thousand. But Postmark requires one letter per thousand. Moreover, they count even several spam complaints per letter. In the end I left them. The price is also not in their favor. The market is full of better offers for small businesses with normal conditions for spam complaints - up to 3 letters per 1000.
