Status of our health/Tell the truth So far, good customer service (response, shipping, credit) & quality of products. I think once in the past, I had a slow response about a product, but no issue with getting credit. Sorry to hear about those who had a negative experience on the retreat. I would like to go to see for myself, though. I think Mr. Monarch should respond to criticisms/reviews. At the same time, I understand some people & companies seek to destroy the public's access to organic, healthy foods. They'd prefer us to eat contaminated, processed foods that make us sick, so that Big Pharma & the medical establishment can make huge profits.

I love the Raw Foods World website! I love all the deep and at-cost discounts since becoming a member, plus the 13% off every time I shop. They have a great selection on the superfoods I buy, like chia seeds, hemp seeds, spirulina, cacao. I also use Living Libations skincare and The Synergy Company superfoods powders, so I was really excited to see both of their products for sale, plus I get a discount by buying them on their site. Shipping has been really quick and the products I've purchased so far have been of great quality. I'm a happy customer! ♡ I enjoy everything Matt Monarch has to say. I trust his advice and can't wait to come to Ecuador for a retreat sometime soon.

great selection, prices I'm not sure I shopped at Raw Food World before, but got Matt's "at cost" promotion, so thought it would be a good time to try some new products (especially the pricier ones). Indeed, the at-cost specials made some coveted items affordable, and so I took advantage of the great selection. Service fast too.

Best customer service reps I've ever worked with. I received a double order by mistake once and the customer service reps were excellent at correcting the error immediately. I also can't recall anything that I've ever ordered I didn't like. I think Matt does an great job sourcing out the best raw foods and health products for us. I feel safe when I order from him that the product won't be watered down or adulterated in some form. Keep up the fantastic work.
