Status of our health/Tell the truth So far, good customer service (response, shipping, credit) & quality of products. I think once in the past, I had a slow response about a product, but no issue with getting credit. Sorry to hear about those who had a negative experience on the retreat. I would like to go to see for myself, though. I think Mr. Monarch should respond to criticisms/reviews. At the same time, I understand some people & companies seek to destroy the public's access to organic, healthy foods. They'd prefer us to eat contaminated, processed foods that make us sick, so that Big Pharma & the medical establishment can make huge profits.

Unreliable and deceptive Unreliable and deceptive. Awful customer service. Had read many complaints online about product control but went ahead & order anyway - and I received a lower grade quality product than what I ordered. They acknowledged that they sent me the wrong item but would not refund the difference or send what I ordered, only promised a credit for the difference - as if I would ever order from them again. Beware.

Awesome experience. I was able to get a product that I haven't been able to find in the market for awhile (Cinnamon Red Maca). The transaction went very smoothly and I enjoy the genuineness of the owner. You receive a copy of a hand-written letter from the owner sharing his story which I thought was a nice touch and I could feel his sincerity. It's amazing what a difference it makes when you know the people behind the stores/products. I would highly recommend this site for any raw food purchases or health needs.

This is a wonderful company. Being already familiar with this company through their videos, live web events, books, etc I placed an order for two of their products, (both of which had an accompanying video, explaining in detail about the products, health benefits, and their personal experiences with the product). I received my order very quickly along with other free samples, and am very happy with the products I ordered. This is a company that cares about people. It is evident in every way. I would recommend The Raw Food World to anyone.
