This company was very professional This company was very professional. The DNA test I requested was not a standard test. I received a phone call to clarify what I needed. The person I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. She explained the different tests and wanted to make sure the right test was done. I received the results in a week. I would definitely recommend this company!

I recommend 100% I was skeptical at first since I’ve never done this before and didn’t know anyone that used test me DNA either. The website popped up with a million others when I typed in DNA testing I’M SO GLAD I DID. This DNA test was performed on my son and his stepbrother that we just met 4 days prior to taking the test. Heather was amazing Heather was amazing. I was going thru a difficult time, in that we needed to legally establish that my son was the father of beautiful twin baby girls. Heather assisted me in setting up testing in multiple locations, since the mother up and moved with the girls hundreds of miles away from my son. And YES, he is their DADDY!!! I will recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

I found the staff especially Heather… I found the staff especially Heather very friendly and helpful for the test I had performed. My only problem was I had more than one potential Dad and 1 wasn't willing and I couldn't contact anyone from his family. The first test was with a potential "uncle" and the results were "not related" and that was a disappointment. So we had to go another route with genealogy which this company didn't help with. We had to go get an Ancestry kit for that and get a genealogist to do the research. So if you have more than 1 potential father do some research first.
