I found the staff especially Heather… I found the staff especially Heather very friendly and helpful for the test I had performed. My only problem was I had more than one potential Dad and 1 wasn't willing and I couldn't contact anyone from his family. The first test was with a potential "uncle" and the results were "not related" and that was a disappointment. So we had to go another route with genealogy which this company didn't help with. We had to go get an Ancestry kit for that and get a genealogist to do the research. So if you have more than 1 potential father do some research first.

I recommend 100% I was skeptical at first since I’ve never done this before and didn’t know anyone that used test me DNA either. The website popped up with a million others when I typed in DNA testing I’M SO GLAD I DID. This DNA test was performed on my son and his stepbrother that we just met 4 days prior to taking the test.
