He provided information as to what my issue was. Then proceeded to look after the issues for me. As well as providing me with further information on how to find and solve these issues myself if they were to happen with the next domain and email address I was setting up.

81% price hike! I have been using iPage to host a number of web sites for some years now. I have found the service to be reliable and fast enough for my needs. I am due to renew my subscription shortly and I was absolutely amazed to find that there is an 81% (eighty one percent!) increase over last year’s rate. I have not requested any changes, so this really is a like for like comparison. I can see absolutely no justification for this this level of price hike. They have just lost my business as I have now signed up with an internationally known competitor, offering me the same features at a fraction of the cost. I wonder how many customers they will lose before they realise they are simply killing their business.
