NGThe company is struggling and merging… The company is struggling and merging with sister company, Bluehost. They have had lots of malware problems which all look suspect because they're recurring even after a client fixes the malware. Ipage's big solution is for clients to pay for SITELOCK which earns them some money. So it's either you pay for sitelock or e subjected to harrowing malware issues every now and then. They also have way less support staff now, so good luck on fixing that issue.

GB81% price hike! I have been using iPage to host a number of web sites for some years now. I have found the service to be reliable and fast enough for my needs. I am due to renew my subscription shortly and I was absolutely amazed to find that there is an 81% (eighty one percent!) increase over last year’s rate. I have not requested any changes, so this really is a like for like comparison. I can see absolutely no justification for this this level of price hike. They have just lost my business as I have now signed up with an internationally known competitor, offering me the same features at a fraction of the cost. I wonder how many customers they will lose before they realise they are simply killing their business.

NGHelping me have my website back online I had a challenge from my webpage files that were interfering with the display of my web pages. ipage technical staff were very helpful to me through the chat platform. To be honest, the live chat platform of ipage is what has always made me stick to the company. It is readily available to help me resolve my challenges. ipage, please continue using that medium to attend to customers.

CACaution on the VPS services and cost! Provide the ability to negotiate the refund for VPS services if a company decides to migrate. Due to my surgery and hospitalization I could not attend to the DNS issues and the difficulty to try to resolve as it very hard to reach someone on the phone and the decision for the renewal of VPS services back in december. I tried to seek a refund as I have now recovered as I am thinking to migrate to a local service provider. I asked iPage via a chat on their system if I can obtain a refund and if the amount refunded can be prorated to the unused term. It is a 2 year term. Sadly I am disappointed on their reluctance to provide a refund of a remaining term of 20 months.

GBHappy customer for many years and 5 domains Lavanya was great solving my problems. I have been with iPage for many many years now and have always been happy with the way everyone deals with technical support, billing support and any other kind of issues that in fact haven't been that many
