GBVarshitha 5 star support service i had a chat with an iPage support earlier, whatever that person did make my website show errors and not display page information. so i had to do another chat support, and Varshitha was very polite, resolved the issue fairly quickly. 5 star service, thank you!

GBiPage Has an AWESOME support team I felt that iPage technician Sabeel had a lot of experience with domain issues and resolved my concerns in one chat. Normally I don't like to use chat and was reluctant to engage with iPage chat because I didn't think my issue could be resolved via a chat. However, to my surprise, it was easy and now I feel it was better than trying to explain my issue on the phone. Thank you iPage for having an Awesome support team.

GBAlmost $3k in bogus charges. I transferred my hosting and domain away from iPage in 2015. They proceeded to charge me over $300 every year for the last 9 years in spite of multiple attempts to cancel. I've requested refunds, cancellations, everything I could think of short of cancelling my credit card. They're apparently just crooked.

GB81% price hike! I have been using iPage to host a number of web sites for some years now. I have found the service to be reliable and fast enough for my needs. I am due to renew my subscription shortly and I was absolutely amazed to find that there is an 81% (eighty one percent!) increase over last year’s rate. I have not requested any changes, so this really is a like for like comparison. I can see absolutely no justification for this this level of price hike. They have just lost my business as I have now signed up with an internationally known competitor, offering me the same features at a fraction of the cost. I wonder how many customers they will lose before they realise they are simply killing their business.
