COPY AI IS THE BEST COPYWRITER...PERIOD. Copy AI is the best AI copywriting software available today - hands down! I love CopyAI! The pre-made templates for creating content are genius - they're so many options to choose from. You literally can use Copy AI to create anything; social media posts, product descriptions, company bios, and best of all (for a blogger like myself). They have a dope blog content first draft generator that I'm blown away by every time I use it.

Far from "replacing" myself or any of my writers, Copy.ai provides an essential tool for brainstorming new and often better components of the copy, so that we can assemble the finished product faster.

Customer Support is Nonexistent Customer Support is Nonexistent. There is a chat, but no one replies to that - I have messages that are as "read" and unansweared. I've sent also few e-mails that were without answear too. I've tried joining their official group on facebook, but it seems no one manages that either and my invite is still pending. There is very large gap between the pro plan and the higher plan than that and that is a very big issue, as you can't buy credits without upgrading your plan. There are features described in the tutorials that are not available in the product anymore. Good product, but it seems that it was abandonned, not sure why.

It's a great product but has a very bad… It's a great product but has a very bad team. Every other day it will stop working and the support team (including the founder, Chris Lu) has absolutely no idea about what's going on. They would just shamelessly blame this reason or that. Many times, (and they call it "accidentally") they ship bugs directly to the production. Seriously? Either they have ZERO skills for managing software or they're just irresponsible.

I was able to produce more landing page… I was able to produce more landing page and website without using fillers such as lorem ipsum. I just spent 10-15min writing up the project and it generated really good content for my websites and landing page. I really love using it to generate ad copy, my Quality score is now 8 on some of ad groups I've created.
